After Ms Honerkamp had been employed in a law firm in Frankfurt for two years, she founded this law office in 1987. In 1997 she earned the title “Specialist solicitor in family law” and became one of the first female lawyers in the district of the Frankfurt Higher Regional Court to do so. She has been practicing family law exclusively since. The outstanding reputation that Ms Honerkamp enjoys, which she earned through her commitment and professional competence, is reflected in the fact that she has been appearing before courts throughout Germany for years.
